Job description
KS1 Class Teacher - September 2026 Start Prospero Teaching are working in partnership with a welcoming and well-regarded primary school to recruit a Key Stage 1 Class Teacher for a September 2026 start. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher who is passionate about early learning and committed to supporting children during this crucial stage of their education. The Role: Full-time KS1 Class Teacher Start date: September 2026 Planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum Creating a safe, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment Monitoring and assessing pupil progress and contributing to reports Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents The Ideal Candidate: Holds QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification) Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (ECTs are welcome to apply) Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and phonics Positive, nurturing approach with high expectations for all pupils Excellent classroom management and communication skills The School Offers: A supportive leadership team and welcoming staff Well-behaved, enthusiastic pupils Opportunities for professional development A positive and inclusive school ethos Pay & Benefits: Paid to the Main Teacher Pay Scale (MPS) Weekly pay through Prospero Teaching Ongoing support from a dedicated education consultant Safeguarding: Prospero T...
