Protocol Education is working with a primary school in Downend that is looking to appoint a Behaviour Mentor to support pupils who require additional help with engagement, emotional regulation, and positive behaviour.
The role involves working closely with children on a one-to-one and small group basis, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve positive outcomes both inside and outside the classroom.
Experience supporting children with behavioural, social, emotional, and mental health needs is desirable. However, we also welcome applicants with experience in youth work, care, mentoring, coaching, residential support, or similar roles working with children and young people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
