Residential End of Tenancy Cleaners

We're looking for motivated and experienced residential cleaners to carry out end-of-tenancy cleaning services throughout your local area.

Day-to-Day Tasks

• Complete professional end-of-tenancy cleans for residential properties

• Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and communal living areas

• Clean inside cupboards, appliances, and storage spaces

• Wash internal windows, doors, frames, skirting boards, and blinds

• Prepare homes for final inspections, landlords, letting agents, or incoming tenants

What's Included

• Flexible part-time work

• Local cleaning opportunities as work becomes available

• Assignments usually lasting between 4 and 8 hours

• Weekday work with regular weekend opportunities

Compensation

• £15 per hour

• £18 per job for using your own cleaning equipment and products

• Paid travel time where applicable

• Client parking costs covered (excluding street parking only)

To Be Successful

• Previous residential end-of-tenancy cleaning experience of at least 2 years

• Able to work independently and efficiently

• High attention to detail

• Own cleaning equipment and products

• Reliable transport essential

• Can communicate clearly with clients

• Professional, reliable, and punctual
