Teaching Personnel are recruiting qualified Nursery Practitioners to support nurseries and early years settings across Staffordshire.
These roles are ideal for individuals looking for flexible shift patterns, consistent work during school holidays, and varied start and finish times to fit around other commitments.
Due to the nature of the role, only candidates with relevant childcare qualifications will be considered.
Your Role
- Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in an early years setting
- Engage children through play, structured activities, and routine
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Work as part of a team to support daily nursery operations
- Adapt to different settings and shift patterns
We’re Looking For
- Qualified Nursery Practitioners (essential)
- Flexible, reliable and proactive individuals
- A genuine passion for early years development
- Confidence working in different nursery settings
- DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Accepted Qualifications include (but are not limited to):
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years / Childcare Qualification
- Level 4 or Level 5 Early Years (e.g. Foundation Degree)
- Level 6 Early Years / Childhood Studies / Early Years Teacher Status
- CACHE, NVQ, NNEB or equivalent recognised childcare qualifications

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
