Job description
A prominent secondary academy in Nottingham City Centre is seeking a meticulous Admissions & Data Officer for a full-time, permanent role starting ASAP. This position is the bridge between the school’s community and its technical reporting, requiring a specialist who can manage the student journey with humanity and precision. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end student admissions process, acting as the primary point of contact for families. Coordinate all statutory data returns and ensure total accuracy in the student census. Produce high-level analytical reports on student progress and attendance for the SLT. Maintain the integrity of the school’s MIS (e.g., Bromcom, Arbor, or SIMS). Requirements Significant experience in school admissions or data management. Advanced proficiency in Excel and a meticulous approach to data integrity. A professional demeanour and exceptional communication skills. Must have the right to work in the UK. Salary and Benefits Full-time, permanent contract. Competitive Salary Scale + School Allowance.
