Leading and coaching school choirs, orchestras, or bands for termly concerts and community events. Encouraging confidence and self-expression through individual and group performance. Managing music resources and maintaining a safe, creative learning environment. Participating in the statutory ECT induction and whole-school professional development sessions. The Ideal Candidate Will Have Currently working towards or recently completed Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). A strong degree in Music or Music Education. Exceptional instrumental or vocal skills and a commitment to leading extracurricular activities. The ability to inspire students through a broad and inclusive musical curriculum. Excellent communication skills and a high level of energy and enthusiasm. A reflective approach to teaching and a desire to grow professionally within a supportive team.
