Field Manager UK We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager UK who is passionate about building relationships, driving regional growth, and delivering impactful marketing initiatives. If you’re experienced in field marketing, thrive in a hands-on role, and want to help grow further a leading HR Tech brand in the UK, this could be the perfect opportunity! At Teamtailor, we’re all about creating happy users and delivering world-class experiences. That’s why we need someone who can connect with prospects, customers, strengthen our local presence, and execute regional marketing initiatives that capture demand, generate pipeline, and support revenue growth. You key responsibilities Plan and execute field marketing initiatives in the UK market, targeting our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and the broader HR Tech space. Drive pipeline creation through events, webinars, roundtables, campaigns, and regional activations aligned with our UK growth strategy. Capture market demand and convert engagement into qualified opportunities in close collaboration with Sales. Enable customers for speaking opportunities, case studies, testimonials, and advocacy programs. Manage and allocate the UK marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on regional initiatives Gather and analyze market insights to identify new opportunities. Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholdersto execute campaigns. Set KPIs and track results using Salesforce. You're our dream Field Marketing Manager if You have 4–6 years of Field Marketing experience, ideally in HR Tech or B2B SaaS You are passionate about creating exceptional event experiences while staying focused on commercial goals and ROI You have experience working closely with Sales teams to generate pipeline and commercial impact. You enjoy a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You’re a resourceful problem-solver who gets things done. You understand how to turn marketing activities into measurable business outcomes. You’ll thrive at Teamtailor if You have an entrepreneurial mindset and love taking initiative. You’re a strong collaborator and communicator. You’re data-driven, analytical, and tech-savvy. You think creatively and love experimenting with new ideas. You’re curious and eager to deeply understand our product and market. You value in-person collaboration and are excited to work from our London office at least 3 days per week .
