Job description
Attendance Officer – High-Performing Secondary School – Warrington Start Date: As soon as possible Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Paid to scale We are seeking a dedicated and detail-focused Attendance Officer to join a high-performing secondary school in Warrington. This is a vital role supporting student attendance and engagement. The successful candidate will monitor attendance data, follow up absences and work closely with staff and families to improve attendance outcomes. You will play a key role in promoting a culture of punctuality and responsibility. This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication and the ability to manage sensitive information. School Information: This is an 11 to 18 well-established, Outstanding Ofsted Rated School in Warrington with a strong commitment to high standards, student wellbeing and continuous improvement. The school serves a diverse community and is known for its supportive ethos. Students are respectful and motivated to succeed. Staff benefit from strong leadership and a collaborative professional culture.
