The Role: Recruitment is one of the most rewarding careers for people who are competitive, driven and love working with people. As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll build relationships with healthcare professionals, understand their career goals and match them with opportunities that make a difference. You’ll learn how to negotiate, influence decisions and manage bookings from start to finish — all while building a network that grows with your career. You’ll be joining a warm desk with existing client relationships and live vacancies, giving you the opportunity to hit the ground running while also developing new business and growing your own market. There will also be the opportunity to expand into new markets, giving you the freedom to identify growth areas, build new client relationships and shape your own success within the business. If you’ve got sales experience, energy and the hunger to succeed, recruitment offers a career path where effort and attitude directly translate into success.
