Change with us!Shelter Hall is owned by Market Halls.This role is based within our flagship landmark Food Hall on Brighton's seafront! Shelter Hall is made up of 7 kitchens and 2 bars split across 2 floors, with private dining and unbeatable outside space. Combining a fantastic choice of cuisines for our guests, all ordered through the Shelter Hall app and delivered to their table by our floor team.There is no better place to join if you're looking to join a family that brings together the best minds and talent within the Sussex food community. As a Bartender at Shelter Hall, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience, crafting high-quality drinks while delivering excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include preparing and serving beverages, engaging with guests, maintaining a clean and organised bar, and ensuring smooth service during busy periods. You'll also be responsible for dispense, taking payments, stock control, and upholding hygiene and safety standards.
