About the Role As Teacher of Maths , you will teach across Key Stages 3 and 4 , with the potential to contribute to KS5 depending on experience and timetable. You will deliver well-structured lessons that develop: Fluency and accuracy in core mathematical skills Reasoning through structured questioning and clear explanation Problem-solving through guided practice and increasing challenge Exam confidence through deliberate practice, feedback and consistent routines You will support pupils with a range of starting points, using effective scaffolding where needed while providing stretch and challenge for high attainers. The Maths Department The Mathematics department is supportive and well organised, with shared resources and consistent approaches to assessment and intervention.
