We are looking for an experience manager to lead our Church Stretton office—newly established and now ready for its next phase of growth and development.

Hold overall responsibility for care delivery, quality, compliance, and performance, ensuring services consistently meet and exceed standards, including fulfilling CQC Registered Manager responsibilities.

Champion outstanding, person-centred care, embedding best practice, continuous improvement, and high standards across all aspects of service delivery.
Grow the Service
Build on the strong foundations already in place, driving growth through community engagement, relationship building, and a reputation for exceptional care quality.
