You know how to take an unclear business problem, dig beneath the surface with stakeholders, and ship a real solution, fast. If you’re frustrated by traditional hand-offs, slow-moving backlogs, and siloed teams, this Technical Product Manager role could be the shift you’re craving. Our client is a commercially proven AdTech business, now rebuilding its platform from the ground up with AI-native tools like Claude Code. This isn’t about adding AI as a buzzword: it’s about fundamentally changing what a single product builder can own, from first conversation to live feature.
As a Technical Product Manager, you’ll join a small team of hands-on builders who operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and AI. Your remit covers the full lifecycle: from engaging directly with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders, to uncovering what’s broken in their workflows, shaping practical solutions, and shipping working features yourself. Ownership here is real, with no handoff, no queue, and no waiting for someone else to build what you scoped. You’re empowered to move from idea to production at speed, iterating as you go.
This role is designed for people who thrive in ambiguity and want to see their decisions impact customers quickly. The team values people who can form opinions, act on them, and pivot when needed. It’s ideal for technical product managers, product-minded engineers, founders who still build, or anyone who’s operated in startup environments where the boundaries between product and engineering are fluid. If you’ve gone beyond dabbling with AI tools—building real features, automating workflows, or shipping robust products—this is where you can leverage that depth.
What You'll Do
Own the end-to-end journey from stakeholder conversation to live feature, using AI-native tools to accelerate delivery.
Join customer and internal calls, extract the real requirements, and translate them into practical, buildable solutions, then ship them yourself.
Shape workflow tools, integrations, automation layers, and AI-powered product features that remove manual work and embed the platform deeper in enterprise environments.
Make product decisions in imperfect conditions, scoping, prioritising, and iterating quickly without waiting for fully defined specs.
Use your technical understanding to reason through systems, judge trade-offs, and ensure solutions are robust and scalable.
Test, challenge, and refine your own work, covering edge cases, writing tests, and catching issues before they reach users.
Represent the business credibly with both internal teams and senior client stakeholders, communicating clearly and commercially.
What You'll Bring
A product-first mindset, with enough technical depth to build, make sensible trade-offs, and operate across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
Hands-on experience using AI-native tools (such as Claude Code or Cursor) to deliver real products, features, or workflows, not just prototypes or side projects.
Fluency in engaging stakeholders, uncovering business needs, and translating them into actionable solutions.
Comfort working in ambiguous environments, making decisions, and changing course quickly when needed.
Strong communication skills and commercial awareness, with the confidence to represent the company externally.
Experience in adtech, creator economy, influencer marketing, or social media platforms is a plus, but not essential.
What’s On Offer
Salary range £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Annual bonus scheme to recognise impact.
25 days PTO plus bank holidays, 4 company-wide days off, 3 wellness days, and paid sick leave.
Annual Learning & Development budget to invest in your skills.
Hybrid working from a London base with regular in-person days.
Direct ownership, speed, and autonomy—your work shapes the future of an AI-native platform.
A collaborative, outcome-driven team environment where experimentation and rapid iteration are valued.
If you’re a Technical Product Manager ready to build in a space where product and engineering blend, and AI is central, not peripheral, this is your chance to own real outcomes.
