Job description
We're bringing Bewiched Coffee to Warwick this August - and we're looking for an inspiring Supervisor to help lead our brand-new team.
Heart of England Co-operative Society are opening a brand-new Bewiched Coffee Shop this August. Bewiched is known for vibrant coffee shops, handcrafted drinks, indulgent treats and welcoming spaces at the heart of the community. As Supervisor, you'll help shape the culture, set the standards and support the team from day one. If you love coffee, thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading people to deliver brilliant customer experiences, this could be the perfect opportunity. Roles are on a permanent part-time basis for 25 hours per week.
What you'll be doing
As a key member of the leadership team, you'll support the Shop Manager in running the store and ensuring every shift delivers the Bewiched experience.
Lead from the front
- Oversee day-to-day operations during your shifts
- Support, coach and motivate barista colleagues
- Set the tone for outstanding customer service and team engagement
Deliver an exceptional coffee shop experience
