Assistant Head Teacher Newcastle September 2026 Salary: UPS1 – UPS3 Are you an experienced teacher ready to step into an Assistant Head Teacher role with both teaching and pastoral responsibilities? Do you have the leadership skills to contribute effectively in SLT meetings and drive school improvement? Are you committed to supporting both staff development and student well-being in a dynamic school environment? The school is looking to appoint an Assistant Head Teacher on a long-term or permanent basis from September 2026. The successful Assistant Head Teacher will balance teaching responsibilities alongside a key pastoral leadership role, while contributing to regular SLT meetings and supporting whole-school strategic planning.
