A well-established fire safety consultancy is seeking an experienced Level 4 Fire Risk Assessor to join their expanding national team. The successful Level 4 Fire Risk Assessor will complete high-quality fire risk assessments across a varied portfolio of complex premises. Projects may include healthcare facilities, educational buildings, manufacturing sites, offices, retail units, hospitality venues and private hospitals. This is a field-based position involving regional and national travel, with fire risk assessment reports completed from home. The Level 4 Fire Risk Assessor's Role The Level 4 Fire Risk Assessor will: Undertake suitable and sufficient fire risk assessments in line with PAS 79 guidance. Inspect buildings, fire precautions and existing management arrangements. Identify hazards, assess risk levels and recommend appropriate remedial actions. Prepare accurate, professional and clearly structured fire risk assessment reports. Prioritise recommendations according to severity, urgency and potential impact. Advise Responsible Persons, building owners and property managers on compliance matters. Help clients understand their responsibilities under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and other relevant UK fire safety requirements.
