Job description
IT Technician – innovative and well-resourced secondary school – Manchester Start Date: As soon as possible Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Paid to scale School information: This is an 11–18 well-established, Outstanding Ofsted-rated secondary school in Manchester , known for its strong focus on digital learning and innovation. The school has invested significantly in its IT infrastructure, ensuring that both staff and students benefit from modern, reliable systems that enhance teaching and learning. Students are engaged, respectful, and confident in using technology, contributing to a forward-thinking and productive learning environment. The school prides itself on a collaborative staff culture, where support teams are highly valued and play a crucial role in maintaining high standards. Role overview: As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the school’s IT systems and providing technical support to staff and students. You will ensure that all technology runs smoothly, enabling effective teaching and learning across the school.
