ABOUT THE ROLE This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Activities Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for our residents. Our ethos is all about celebrating life, so you'll help to devise imaginative, fun and motivational activities that suit every interest and ability. An extremely rewarding role, part of your time as a Bank Activities Assistant will be spent getting to know our residents and their families before you create tailored activities programmes focused on maximising everyone's wellbeing, independence and social engagement. Any similar experience would be ideal, but it isn't essential especially because we'll make sure you have the training you need to develop your skills and progress your career with us. If you'd like to use your planning and people skills in an organisation that provides the quality care you'd expect for your loved ones, this is a rewarding place to be
