Job description
We are working with a school who are recruiting for a proactive and organised Pupil Premium Coordinator to join a high-performing secondary academy in Bath. This is a full-time, permanent position starting ASAP, designed for someone who genuinely wants to make a difference in social mobility within education. The Role This isn't just about spreadsheets; it’s about ensuring that every student, regardless of their financial background, has a seat at the table. You will be responsible for tracking the progress of students eligible for Pupil Premium funding, identifying gaps in their attainment, and working alongside teachers to implement meaningful interventions. Whether you are coordinating extra-curricular grants or analyzing year-group data to spot trends, you’ll need a sharp eye for detail. You’ll act as a key link between the Senior Leadership Team and the pastoral staff, ensuring funding is used with total precision to close the achievement gap. We’re looking for someone who can handle complex data but never loses sight of the human stories behind the numbers. About the School Based in the historic city of Bath, this school is known for its academic rigour and its warm, inclusive atmosphere.
