Insurance Sales Team Leader

The Opportunity
You’ll be at the heart of the sales operation, driving performance, coaching your team, and ensuring customers receive the highest standard of service. This role is perfect for someone who loves developing people, improving processes, and creating a positive, high energy sales culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of five Personal Lines Sales Advisors
• Drive sales performance, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently achieved
• Deliver regular coaching, 1 to 1s, and performance reviews
• Support team members with complex customer enquiries and sales conversations
• Monitor quality, compliance, and customer experience standards
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and conversion rates
• Foster a collaborative, supportive, and high performing team environment
About You
• Experience in personal lines insurance, ideally within a sales focused environment
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team or someone who has been seconded into a leadership role and is now looking to take on this type of opportunity full time
• Strong understanding of sales processes, customer journeys, and compliance
• Confident communicator with a hands on, people first leadership style
• Driven, organised, and passionate about delivering results
• Able to balance commercial focus with exceptional customer care
