Job Description: Job Title: Registered Children's Home Manager Location: Bradford, Yorkshire (7-bed home) Salary: Base salary for a 6–7 bed home: £51,331 – £63,553 Total Package: Up to £60,364 – £73,808 per annum (including bonuses and allowances) Contract Type: Permanent Celebrating Every Achievement, No Matter How Small SEND Inclusion Support partners with leading providers of Education and Care for children and young people across the UK. Working within our homes means becoming a central figure in a young person’s daily life — supporting them through challenges and celebrating their successes. As a Registered Children’s Home Manager, you’ll ensure the home provides the highest standards of care, offering security, consistency, and motivation for both staff and young people. This home in Bradford supports young people with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and autism spectrum condition (ASC). You’ll work alongside a dedicated multi-disciplinary team of psychologists, occupational therapists, and clinical experts to achieve the best possible outcomes.
