The Assistant General Manager provides overall leadership performance accountability and commercial control ensuring the business operates consistently efficiently and delivers exceptional guest experiences at all times.
The role carries direct accountability for labour planning financial performance scorecard delivery reputation management and property standards ensuring the business is always performing at its the absence of the General Manager the Assistant General Manager assumes full operational and commercial responsibility for the Inn.
