HR Manager – Help Build the Next Growth Chapter of a Yorkshire ConsultancySalary: £40,000 – £55,000 DOE + bonus opportunity
Location: North Yorkshire / Hybrid with regular client travel across Yorkshire

This is an opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional from industry to step into a growing consultancy and help shape its next phase of growth.
If you have built people strategies inside engineering, manufacturing or SME environments and want more autonomy, broader influence and the chance to directly drive commercial success, this could be the move.
Castle Employment Group are looking for an ambitious HR leader to join Castle HR and Training Solutions and play a key role in expanding our outsourced HR offering across Yorkshire.

You will not be sat in one business solving the same issues repeatedly.
You will work with multiple SME and mid-sized businesses, particularly within engineering and manufacturing, helping owners and leaders solve people challenges that genuinely affect growth, productivity and culture.
You will have the platform to influence strategy, win new clients, build trusted partnerships and help shape the future direction of the consultancy.
This is ideal for someone who enjoys HR but also wants commercial involvement, visibility and progression.
The Opportunity
You will lead and grow relationships with a portfolio of clients, becoming their trusted people partner.

  • Advising MDs, owners and senior leaders on workforce strategy, structure and culture

  • Supporting leadership capability, engagement and retention plans

  • Helping businesses scale effectively through better people practices

Operational HR Expertise

  • Employee relations casework
    • \n
  • Performance, absence, disciplinaries and grievances
    • \n
  • Contracts, policies and compliance
    • \n
  • Employment law guidance and best practice

Growth & Consultancy

  • Spotting opportunities to add value across client accounts

  • Leading HR audits, change projects and restructures
    • \n
  • Supporting workshops, training and leadership development

  • Helping shape new service lines and consultancy propositions

About You
