Head Dental Nurse – Boston, Lincolnshire We are looking for an experienced, confident, and motivated Head Dental Nurse to join a friendly, supportive team in a modern, patient‑focused practice based in Boston, Lincolnshire . This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse ready to step into a leadership role. About the Role As Head Dental Nurse, you will take a key leadership position within the clinical team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, high standards of patient care, and full compliance across the practice. Key Responsibilities Lead, support, and mentor the dental nursing team Ensure full CQC compliance and adherence to cross‑infection protocols Manage rotas, staffing levels, and daily clinical workflows Provide chairside support across a wide range of treatments Oversee stock control and ordering of clinical supplies Act as the main point of contact for nursing staff and liaise closely with management What We're Looking For Qualified, GDC‑registered Dental Nurse Experience in a senior or lead nursing role (preferred) Strong leadership and organisational skills Excellent communication and team‑building abilities A proactive, positive, and professional approach What We Offer Competitive salary (dependent on experience) Supportive and friendly working environment Opportunities for further training and career progression Pension scheme Uniform provided Working Hours Full‑time position (Part‑time may be considered for the right candidate)
