This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is committed to making a genuine difference in children's lives. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of behaviour management, a nurturing approach to teaching, and a passion for ensuring every child reaches their full potential—both as an individual and as part of the wider class community.

The Role

  • Full-time, permanent KS2 teaching position.

  • Create a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
  • Use effective behaviour management strategies to encourage positive learning behaviours.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
  • Adapt teaching to meet the individual needs of all learners while maintaining high expectations across the whole class.
  • Contribute positively to the wider school community.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
  • Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Is passionate about supporting every child academically, socially and emotionally.
  • Has high expectations of learning, progress and pupil wellbeing.
  • Is committed, reflective and eager to contribute to school life.

What the School Offers

  • A welcoming and supportive leadership team.
  • Well-behaved, enthusiastic pupils who enjoy learning.
  • Opportunities for continued professional development.
  • A collaborative staff team committed to achieving the very best outcomes for every child.
  • A permanent role within a thriving primary school.

Salary: M1–M6 (in line with experience and current pay scale).

Recruitment Process: Initial interviews and lesson observations/trials will take place in early September, allowing plenty of time for a smooth transition ahead of the October start.
