The Role\nWe are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team, with full accountability for site operations across the weekend.
\nReporting to the Head of Operations, you will lead manufacturing from Friday through Monday, covering the end of one production cycle and the start of the next. You will act as the senior escalation point for the entire site, with full ownership of operational performance during this period.
\nThis is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role. You will spend significant time on the shop floor (circa 50%), leading teams, driving standards, and making real-time decisions to keep production moving.
