Senior Children’s Residential Care Worker
Salary: Up to £32,400 (Including Sleep Ins Allowance)
Full-Time Hours + Sleep Ins
If you are motivated by the opportunity to support children and young people through stability, structure and consistent care, this Senior Residential Care Worker role offers the chance to do exactly that within a supportive residential setting.
As a Senior Residential Care Worker, you will play a key role in day-to-day care, helping children and young people with routines, emotional needs and behavioural challenges while supporting their wider development. Alongside this, you will act as a keyworker, take responsibility for leading shifts when required, and contribute to care planning and team discussions that shape individual outcomes.
