Job description
Can you inspire young minds with an engaging teaching style? Do you have strong classroom management? Do you have sound knowledge of the Primary Curriculum? TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream Primary School in Rotherham that is looking to appoint a dedicated Primary Teacher. This welcoming school provides a supportive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to achieve their full potential, and values high-quality teaching, inclusion and positive relationships across the school community. The school is looking to appoint a full-time, permanent Primary Teacher from September. The successful Primary Teacher will be teaching across Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2, delivering engaging lessons whilst supporting pupils with a range of abilities. Knowledge of SEND and trauma informed practice would be a distinct advantage, alongside a commitment to creating an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment. The successful Primary Teacher will have: • QTS (ECTs are also welcome to apply) • Experience teaching within a UK Primary School across KS1 and/or KS2 • Strong knowledge of the Primary Curriculum • Excellent classroom management skills • Knowledge of SEND and trauma informed practice is advantageous • A positive, proactive and adaptable approach to teaching In return for the above you can expect to receive: • A dedicated team of consultants available...
