Marketing Support Coordinator
Content Coordination & Marketing Operations Role
We are currently hiring for a Marketing Support Coordinator position for individuals who are organized, dependable, and able to support marketing activity through strong coordination, content follow-up, and day-to-day operational support. This role is well suited to someone who can keep multiple projects organized, help maintain marketing timelines, and support campaign execution through consistent administrative and coordination work.
The position includes a mix of marketing operations support, content scheduling assistance, asset coordination, reporting support, document organization, and internal communication follow-up. The right candidate will be comfortable managing recurring responsibilities, staying on top of timelines, and helping ensure marketing projects move forward in an organized and professional way.
This is a strong opportunity for applicants who already have some experience in marketing support, project coordination, or administrative support and want to continue growing in a marketing-focused role. There is also room for growth over time for candidates who demonstrate reliability, strong execution, and the ability to take on additional responsibilities.
Support marketing operations and campaign coordination activities
Help manage content calendars, project timelines, and deadline follow-up
Organize marketing files, assets, documents, and internal support materials
Assist with content scheduling, campaign updates, and routine coordination tasks
Support reporting, tracking, and status updates related to marketing activity
Coordinate communication and follow-up with internal teams as needed
Help prepare presentations, briefs, and campaign support documents
Contribute to organized, timely, and consistent execution across marketing workflows
Reliable transportation to and from the workplace, if required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and recurring support tasks
Professional attitude and dependable work habits
Ability to follow processes and support team coordination effectively
Previous experience in marketing support, campaign coordination, content support, or office coordination is preferred
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, documents, presentation tools, and project tracking systems
Familiarity with marketing calendars, campaign timelines, or asset coordination
Clear written communication and strong follow-through
Strong time management and ability to stay organized across multiple moving parts
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach to support work
