Overview of the role Newly Qualified Pharmacist Shape the Future of Pharmacy at WellThe transition from Trainee to Pharmacist is the biggest leap of your career. Through the Well Academy, we bridge the gap between registration and becoming a confident, Independent Prescriber (IP).If you aren't yet IP-qualified, we provide the paid study days and Designated Supervisors to get you there.Your Support System: From Day OneBeing a Relief Pharmacist doesn’t mean being on your own. You are part of a network designed to help you flourish:The Buddy System: Five dedicated "Buddy Days" with an experienced pharmacist to guide you through your first shifts.Leadership Access: Direct, ongoing support from a dedicated Area Operations Manager and Regional Operations Manager.Structured Growth: Regular pharmacy visits and development conversations to keep your career on track.Variety and Flexibility: Gain experience across a range of pharmacies within approximately one hour’s drive of your base branch.Reward & BenefitsIn addition to a competitive salary, we offer a package designed to support your professional standing and financial security:Welcome to Well Bonus: £5, net payment (subject to location).Relocation Support: Up to £8, to help you move (subject to location).Professional Fees: GPhC / PSNI registration and DBS / PVG costs fully paid.Clinical Training: Opportunity to enrol on the Independent Prescribing (Clinical Diploma) course.Travel Support: Mileage allowance provided for all relief travel.Future Planning: Bonus scheme and competitive pension scheme.Work-Life Balance: Generous holiday allowance, consistent rotas, and employee discounts.The Well Tech RevolutionWe have invested significantly in technology so you can focus on your patients rather than paperwork.
