Overview of the role Newly Qualified Pharmacist Shape the Future of Pharmacy at WellThe transition from Trainee to Pharmacist is the biggest leap of your career. Through the Well Academy, we bridge the gap between registration and becoming a confident, Independent Prescriber (IP).If you aren't yet IP-qualified, we provide the paid study days and Designated Supervisors to get you there.Your Support System: From Day OneBeing a Relief Pharmacist doesn’t mean being on your own.
