Each location is dedicated to sharing our core ethos of EAT, SHOP, and LEARN. *Position Earnings* : 13.96 + 10% quarterly bonus (up to 31,000) *Location* : London, EC2M 3YD *Contract type* : Permanent, 40 hours, shifts falling between 6am and 9pm, 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays We're looking for an experienced Market Supervisor to join our busy grocery team.
If you have a background in high volume retail or grocery environments and enjoy leading teams to deliver excellent results, this role could be ideal for you. *What you'll do : * * Oversee daily operations in the grocery department, ensuring stock is received, stored, and displayed correctly. * Maintain compliance with food safety and health & safety standards. * Support with daily stock ordering and replenishment based on customer demand. * Lead and motivate your team to deliver efficient, high quality service. *Requirements* * At least 1 year of experience working as a supervisor within a high-volume retail department or grocery stores. * Someone with fantastic communication skills and able to lead, motivate, and inspire a team. * Excellent organisational skills and can-do attitude. * Experience receiving deliveries or working in a stockroom is beneficial but not essential. * Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and available for early morning start at 5 am. * Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams.
This role is full-time, and successful candidates will be available to work flexibly across the week between 5 am and 9 pm, as we cannot accommodate fixed shifts. * Right to work in the UK. * Fluent in English. *Other information THE PERKS OF BEING AN EATALIAN...* * 40-hour contract.
