You got into product management because you wanted to change how teams work, not just ship features but transform the way product decisions are made. As a Product Evangelist with a leading SaaS business, you’ll have the rare opportunity to champion discovery-led product practice, not as a consultant or a salesperson, but as a peer who’s walked in their shoes and understands how challenging modern product management can be.
This fast-growing SaaS company believes the traditional sales and customer success playbook doesn’t serve today’s product managers. This Product Evangelist role exists to drive that transformation: from the first research interview through onboarding and into a thriving PM community, you’ll be the trusted guide who makes the “aha moment” possible for Product Managers.
What You'll Do
Lead structured, peer-to-peer research interviews with product managers, surfacing their workflow frustrations and helping them reimagine what great discovery looks like in practice.
Deliver tailored platform demos grounded in real pain points, showing how Timebook’s AI-powered discovery tools make modern PM work effortless.
Run live onboarding sessions where you roll up your sleeves alongside new users, co-creating opportunity trees and extracting insights from their actual data so they leave changed, not just trained.
Seed, grow, and energise a genuine community of PM practitioners by hosting roundtables, facilitating discussions, and connecting product leaders who want to work differently.
Influence the future of the product by channelling community insights, surfacing feature requests, and feeding discovery learnings directly to the product and engineering teams.
Own every stage of the customer journey with continuity and credibility that makes the model work, avoiding handoffs and silos.
What You'll Bring
2 to 5 years as a practising Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS, with direct experience running discovery: interviewing customers, synthesising insights, and prioritising opportunities.
Deep familiarity with the PM tool stack (Jira, Productboard, Dovetail, Notion, Miro, Linear or similar), including an understanding of what’s missing when it comes to discovery.
A credible, authentic presence in product communities, you speak at meetups, post in PM forums, or contribute to newsletters, and you’re energised by peer-to-peer learning.
Strong communication skills: you can run structured conversations with sceptical, senior PMs and distil research findings into actionable insights.
A curiosity-driven, empathetic approach, you listen deeply, ask sharp follow-ups, and aren’t afraid to challenge a PM’s current thinking if it helps them grow.
What's On Offer
Salary: £80,000–£90,000 depending on experience.
Hybrid working in central London, allowing you to collaborate in person with a talented, ambitious team while retaining flexibility.
Direct ownership of a high-impact, visible role at the centre of a new go-to-market model.
The chance to shape a growing PM community and influence how a new generation of product managers work.
A clear path for growth as the company scales, with autonomy to design your own playbook and become the standard-bearer for modern product practice.
If you’re a Product Evangelist who wants to move the needle for product managers everywhere, not by selling but by inspiring and equipping them to work differently, this is the opportunity to put your PM experience to its highest use.
