Job Description
Day to Day Care Professional responsibilities can include:
- Aspects of personal care (toileting, assisting with personal hygiene)
- Meal preparation
- Medication prompts
- Homecare support
- Companionship including accompanying the client to shops, pharmacies and attending social groups and other activities
- Specialist services including Dementia, End of Life and many more condition-specific services
Qualifications
