Job description
Empower our Maths teachers and inspire a love of the subject as a Lead Practitioner in our high-achieving Havering school! We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Maths teacher with a passion for pedagogy to join us as a Lead Practitioner. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within our Maths department. Key Responsibilities: Inspire and motivate Maths teachers to develop their practice and achieve outstanding results. Lead collaborative planning and the sharing of best practice within the department. Support the implementation of effective assessment and feedback strategies in Maths. Analyse student performance data to inform teaching and intervention strategies. Contribute to the development of high-quality teaching resources. Sound understanding of effective teaching and learning methodologies in Maths. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
