The ability to teach A-Level Business and/or BTEC National Level 3 is essential. Vocational & Academic Success: Guiding students through the rigours of external examinations ( AQA, Edexcel, or OCR ) and internal vocational assessments, ensuring high-level evaluation and application skills. Corporate Theory: Delivering expert instruction on core business pillars: Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Human Resources , while integrating contemporary case studies (from local startups to global giants like Amazon and Tesla). Enterprise Advocacy: Leading school-wide enterprise challenges, "Dragon’s Den" style competitions, and fostering links with local Romford businesses to provide students with authentic industry insights.
