We are looking for an educator who can foster a love for the fine arts, photography, and mixed media while preparing students for the demands of the modern creative economy. Core Responsibilities Curriculum Delivery: Planning and facilitating high-impact lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 . The ability to teach A-Level Fine Art, Photography, or Graphic Communication is highly desirable. Technical Skill Development: Providing expert instruction in a wide range of media, including drawing, painting, printmaking, ceramics, and digital manipulation using the Adobe Creative Suite . Portfolio Management: Guiding students through the rigorous development of their GCSE and A-Level portfolios , ensuring they meet the assessment objectives for research, experimentation, and final outcomes. Art History & Context: Integrating critical studies into practical work, helping students to analyze the work of diverse artists and understand the cultural movements that shape visual language. Exhibition Coordination: Leading the curation of school exhibitions and "End of Year" shows, providing students with a professional platform to showcase their work to the community. Pastoral Leadership: Serving as a dedicated Form Tutor, fostering a supportive environment and monitoring the academic and personal development of a specific tutor group. Why This School?
