Wholesale Coordinator

The Wholesale Coordinator plays a key role in driving wholesale performance through insight, analysis, and best-in-class commercial support. Working closely with the Head of Wholesale and senior stakeholders, the role helps shape account strategy, supports seasonal sell-in, and ensures the business is equipped with clear, accurate data and compelling commercial storytelling. You will be professional and confident in a fast-paced environment You will take ownership and accountability for outputs You will have collaborative, dependable and solutions-focused experiences Along with; · Experience in a Wholesale, Commercial, Sales Analysis or Account Support role. · Advanced Excel capability (Pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data analysis. · Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders. · Experience working with major wholesale or strategic accounts. · Exposure to seasonal sell-in cycles and range planning. · Experience within fashion, apparel, or consumer goods. Responsibilities · You will partner with Wholesale Managers to support the commercial management of key partners. · You will help track performance against seasonal targets, budgets, and forecasts. · You will support preparation for key customer meetings, sell-ins and internal reviews. · You will act as a trusted support function across accounts, understanding priorities and commercial drivers. Sales Analysis & Reporting · You will own and deliver weekly and seasonal wholesale performance reporting. · You will build Excel tools and reports that support decision-making. · You will ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting outputs. Presentation & Storytelling You will create high-quality PowerPoint decks for: Key Account performance recaps Internal Trade updates and senior reviews Translate complex datasets into clear, commercially relevant narratives. Ensure presentations are structured, visually clear, and audience-appropriate Cross- Functional Collaboration You will be working closely with Merchandising, Product, Finance to align on forecasts and planning. You will support wider commercial projects and initiatives across WHS. You will act as a connector between teams, ensuring that insights flow clearly and efficiently. Why Footasylum?
