Your day-to-day will be fast-paced and varied, involving: Visitor Management: Greeting guests, managing sign-in procedures, and upholding safeguarding protocols. Communication: Managing a busy switchboard, redirecting calls, and handling the school’s general email inquiries. Student Support: Assisting students with general inquiries, late arrivals, and coordinating with the attendance team. Administrative Support: Utilizing school management systems (such as SIMS or Arbor ) to maintain accurate records.
