Job description
We are working with a prestigious Independent School in Warwick seeking a dedicated and organized School Receptionist for an ASAP start. This is a central role in a school that prides itself on "Pride in Achievement" and maintaining a warm, scholarly atmosphere for all members of the community. The Role As the face of the school, you will manage the front desk with total precision and humanity. We are looking for a professional who can lead by example, managing a busy switchboard and welcoming visitors into a technology-rich environment. Your duties will include managing daily registers, handling incoming communications, and providing essential administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team. This role requires a specialist with a pioneering spirit who can maintain a tranquil, well-ordered environment even during peak morning and afternoon periods. You will work in a flourishing office where staff are treated as valued peers and professional excellence is the cornerstone of collective success. Previous experience in a school office setting is essential for this role. About the School This Warwick school is defined by a wonderful sense of tradition and academic excellence. Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday to Friday, Term Time Only) Start Date: ASAP | Daily Rate: Paid based on experience (School Discretion) Requirement: Must have Right to Work in the UK and previous school experience is a must .
