Ad min & HR Assistant – Primary School, Surrey Location: Woking, Surrey Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Start Date: January 2026 Salary: Competitive (Dependent on experience) About the School Our client is a Good-rated primary school in Working , Surrey , recognised for its warm, inclusive environment and strong sense of community . About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin & HR Assistant to join the school office on a full-time, permanent basis starting January 2026 . The successful candidate will: Support the HR processes , including recruitment, contracts, and staff records Provide efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth daily running of the school Assist with onboarding, compliance checks, and communications Work closely with the senior leadership team to maintain effective HR and administrative systems Experience and Qualifications Previous experience in administration and/or HR , ideally within a school or similar environment Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure Friendly, professional, and approachable manner Legal right to work in the UK Application If you are an organised and proactive administrator with an interest in HR and a passion for supporting a busy school environment, please send your CV as soon as possible to be considered for this Admin & HR Assistant role in Surrey .
