Job description
School Business Manager (SBM) – Outstanding Secondary School – Colchester (Essex) Start Date: As soon as possible Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Paid to scale We are seeking an experienced School Business Manager to join an Outstanding secondary school in Colchester. This is a senior leadership role supporting the operational and financial success of the school. The successful candidate will oversee finance, HR, administration and site management. You will work closely with senior leaders to support strategic planning and ensure efficient operations. This role requires strong leadership, financial expertise and organisational skills. School Information: This is an 11 to 18 well-established, Outstanding Ofsted Rated School in Colchester with a strong commitment to high standards and student wellbeing. The school serves a diverse and ambitious community and provides a supportive environment. Staff benefit from strong leadership and a collaborative culture.
