We are looking for an educator who can utilize this rich local landscape to bring the curriculum to life for a diverse student body. Core Responsibilities Curriculum Delivery: Planning and facilitating high-quality Geography lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 , with the opportunity to teach A-Level Geography for qualified candidates. Enquiry-Based Learning: Encouraging students to "think like geographers" by investigating real-world case studies and developing their own geographical questions. Fieldwork Leadership: Coordinating and leading essential fieldwork opportunities, from analyzing the shifting sands of the North Norfolk coast to investigating urban land use in Norwich city centre. GCSE & A-Level Success: Preparing students for external examinations (e.g., AQA, Edexcel, or OCR ) by developing their evaluative writing, cartographic skills, and data analysis techniques. Environmental Stewardship: Leading on school-wide sustainability initiatives and eco-projects, helping students understand their individual and collective impact on the environment. Pastoral Leadership: Serving as a dedicated Form Tutor, supporting the holistic development and academic progress of a specific tutor group within the school community. Why This School?
