Receptionist – Girls' Secondary School in Wandsworth (January Start) Location: Wandsworth Start Date: January 2026 Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Competitive A high-achieving girls' secondary school in Wandsworth is recruiting a professional and welcoming Receptionist to be the face of the school from January. About the School The school is known for its warm community ethos and outstanding pastoral care. Staff are friendly, supportive, and committed to providing excellent service to students, families, and visitors. Key Responsibilities Welcome visitors, parents, staff, and students to the front office. Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries efficiently. Maintain visitor logs, passes, and safeguarding requirements. Support administrative tasks including letters, filing, and student registers. Assist with coordination of school events and day-to-day office organisation. Requirements Strong communication and customer service skills. Outstanding professionalism and ability to multitask. Confident using Microsoft Office and school admin systems. Previous school or front-of-house experience is desirable but not essential. To apply, please send your CV as soon as possible.
