Job description
We are working with a school who are recruiting for a polished and highly efficient School Administrator for an ASAP start in Milton Keynes. This is a central role within the school’s front-of-house team, serving as a vital link between the academic staff, students, and parents in a prestigious Independent School setting. The Role As a School Administrator, you will be responsible for the seamless daily operation of the school office. We are looking for a professional with a pioneering spirit who can manage a diverse range of tasks—from handling complex admissions enquiries to managing the Headteacher’s diary—with total precision. You will utilize the school's technology-rich management systems to maintain pupil records, coordinate school events, and ensure all communications reflect the school’s "Pride in Achievement" ethos. This role requires someone who thrives in a well-ordered, scholarly workplace and can provide the high-level technical support required to ensure that very little learning time is lost. You will be a valued peer within the support team, acting with humanity and purposeful good humour even during the busiest periods of the school term. Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday to Friday, Term Time Only + 2 weeks) Start Date: ASAP | Daily Rate: Paid based on experience (School Discretion) Requirement: Must have Right to Work in the UK and previous school experience is a must .
