Be part of the movement - and play your part. About the role Working Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, you’ll support the team responsible for tracking, coordinating, and maintaining cargo equipment across our network. This apprenticeship offers hands on experience across multiple functions, giving you a solid foundation in shipping, logistics, and operational planning. A full UK driving licence is required, as you may need to visit terminals or check equipment in person. You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy structure, learning how different systems work, and supporting a fast moving operational environment. The ideal person is calm under pressure, proactive, and naturally curious about how things fit together. You’ll enjoy problem solving, adapting to changing demands, and working both at a desk and out in the yard when needed. Someone who asks questions, thinks ahead, and takes ownership of their learning will excel in this apprenticeship. We think the strongest teams are built on diversity and inclusivity.
