Job description
A high-performing secondary school in Staffordshire is looking to appoint a meticulous and proactive Data & Exams Assistant to support the smooth running of internal and external examinations from January 2026 . The Role Working alongside the Data & Exams Manager, your responsibilities will include: Setting up exam rooms and organising seating plans Preparing and distributing timetables to students and staff Ensuring JCQ compliance Supporting the scanning, uploading and secure storage of exam papers Managing invigilator schedules and assisting with recruitment Supporting SIMS/Bromcom data tasks during non-exam periods The School The school is known for excellent organisation and exam outcomes. The operations team is experienced, friendly and works closely with teaching staff to ensure examinations run faultlessly. You’ll Bring Strong administrative and IT skills Ability to work accurately under pressure A calm, professional manner Willingness to work flexibly during exam seasons (with notice) Ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, precision and working behind the scenes to support student success.
