Facilitate student participation in external competitions, exhibitions, and co-curricular Art clubs. Maintain an inspiring, orderly, and well-resourced studio environment. Track and encourage pupil development, celebrating effort and high achievement in creative expression. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS in Art & Design. Enthusiasm for fostering student creativity and technical skills in a mixed-gender educational setting. Clear potential to become an outstanding classroom practitioner, demonstrated by high-quality initial teacher training. Strong portfolio and subject knowledge across a range of artistic disciplines.
