Job description
Our Client, a well-established independent school in Norfolk, is seeking a Business & Economics Teacher from January 2026. The successful candidate will teach KS4–KS5 , lead enterprise and investment programmes, coordinate Young Entrepreneurs competitions and contribute to the school’s outward-looking business outreach initiatives. School Information This independent 11–18 school, hosting approximately 700 pupils, combines strong academic tradition with a modern business curriculum. The Business & Economics department consistently places students into top university business and economics programmes and offers specialist trips to London financial institutions, enterprise fairs and international business visits. Staff say the culture is “student-centred, ambitious and collaborative”, with smaller class sizes, excellent facilities and wide-ranging opportunities for leadership beyond the classroom—such as mentoring start-ups and advising student investment clubs. Professional development is generously supported, and teachers have time for curriculum design, research and visiting business practitioners.
