Job description
Are you an Early Career Teacher looking to begin your teaching career in a supportive school with a thriving Design & Technology department in Watford? A highly regarded Ofsted Outstanding secondary school is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Design & Technology ECT to join its welcoming and well-established DT faculty. Job Overview Our client is recruiting for a DT Teacher (ECT) to begin ASAP . This high-performing, mixed secondary school is renowned for: • Strong academic outcomes and excellent pupil behaviour • A nurturing and well-structured ECT induction programme • Outstanding facilities, including modern DT workshops and dedicated technical support The successful candidate will teach DT across KS3 and KS4 , working with engaged pupils who enjoy practical learning and creative problem-solving. The DT department has a strong mentoring culture and works collaboratively to share planning, resources, and best practice.
